Prior to joining Zynergy, was heading the Projects at TATA BP Solar and was responsible for setting up cell and modules manufacturing lines as well as Grid connected/off grid solar farms.

Mr. R Kumaravel

President - Group Corporate Affairs (Zynergy)

Cost Accountant and Company Secretary by Profession, with more than four decades of Corporate experience at top level, including directorships and as Chief Executive Officer in Mining and Manufacturing Listed companies. Responsible for HR, Administration, Legal and Company Law matters of Group Companies.

Mr. Akhil Nath

VP - Business Operations (Alectrona Energy)

Electronics engineer and MBA graduate of the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia, and has experience in the logistics, trading and renewable energy sectors.

Mr. S Nair

Head – Finance (Zynergy)

Over 33 years of Accounting & Finance experience, of which nearly 18 years has been in the hospitality industry. His last assignment was at The Empee Hotels Ltd, as Vice – President- Finance of the Hotels Divisions.He has worked with other large Hotels chains , viz., ITC Park Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Chennai and The Leela Palace, Bangalore. He has handled both operation and project financing and accounting at a very senior level and has been involved in raising of debt and equity funds for the various Companies that he has worked with.

Mr. AN Madhavan

VP – Engineering (Greatshine)

Mr. A N Madhavan, a mechanical engineer by profession, has wide experience of over 22 years in the field of design, engineering, execution and project management of coal-oil-gas fired thermal power plants. He started his career with Tata Consulting Engineers in India in 1989 and has worked with various consultants, EPC Contractors and Project developers both in India and abroad.

DGM – Projects (Alectrona Energy)

Qualified Engineer with over 20 Years of experience across Power generation, distribution, O&M & renewable energy sector. Served for 13 Years in Ministry Of Defence Engineering Services , Sultanate Of Oman and was responsible for Power Generation and Power Plant Installation Projects. He has played instrumental role in executing 1 MWp project for Zynergy group in Madurai in capacity of Project Head. He is member of Institute of Engg, India and Institute of Incorporated Engineers, UK.

Mr. Shunmugamuthukumar

AGM – Sales & Marketing (Alectrona Energy)

Mechanical Engineer with MBA in Marketing has over 11 Years of experience in Channel management & Corporate sales in the conventional & non – conventional energy segments.

Mr. Visakan Kandaswamy

AGM – Finance (Zynergy)

MBA in Finance from Missouri State University and also has a Master's in Foreign Trade. He has worked in USA as a consultant for the largest mortgage backed securities firm and later worked for an entertainment firm in asset acquisitions and copy right acquisition & distribution. He started his career with Centurion Bank Pvt ltd as an intern and later joined MiniComp Pvt Ltd as its Commercial Manager.

Mr. Saurabh Agrawal

Bachelors in Material Science from NIT Warangal and Diploma in Business Management from University of Melbourne, Australia. Has experience of over 5 years in manufacturing and consulting sectors across Indian and overseas market.
